Monday 5/15 Clean-up
- Courtyard will be cleaned of things like unwanted CPW wood
- Wood staging area was never for personal storage. It is actually a staging area of trash and the trash will be taken out this week, starting on Monday. If you accidentally leave anything, it will be gone.
Walcott Cage A/Cs are Reuse
Deadline has passed for removing A/Cs in storage (was May 12 11:59pm), so they are now reuse
Summer Bike Storage
- Pick up a bike label from the Athena printer in Talbot and fill it out
- Tape the label onto your bike so we know it's not an abandoned bike that we should remove
- Please put it in Goodale bike storage. Try not to leave it outside (rain will make the paper sad too)
- Outside bikes can be culled at some point to make space for people who actually use the bike and to prevent bikes from rotting away.
Student Summer Storage
- The deadline to submit your proof of insurance for summer storage in East Campus is May 19
- Information on storage policy: 2017_Summer_Storage
- Related supplies (boxes, tape) will be provided to people part of this program only
- EC-related questions: ask us at ec-summer-storage@mit.edu
- Insurance/general questions: ask residence@mit.edu
- Bike, box, and appliance labels are available at the desk athena printer.
Space Heaters
- There are a lot of people on the waitlist and no spare space heaters.
- Perhaps we will make a better lending system in the future, but for now you should buy your own if you need it (and be better at returning borrowed things)
