JudComm:

• Deals with conflicts between living groups and individuals within living groups
• Electing a representative for DormCon JudComm (paul_b, arindone): arindone

AHM Search:

• Submitted preferences: 1. Carol/Katy, 2. look again
• Results expected to come out approximately Monday

RLA Search:

• List of candidates to be created soon

EC IM Fines:

• EC owes $350 in IM fines going into this term
• $200 covered by Spring Budget, JockComm short $150
• Last term fines ~$600
• Options:
  • Use EC’s extra money
  • Not pay fines
  • Charge this term’s people for playing IM sports
  • Charge last term’s people for not showing up
  • Split it among halls
• Voting to split the fine amongst the halls (failed)
• Voting to repay the $150 from EC budget and try to get more money from people who didn’t show up to games last term (passed)
• JockComm will go to all the captains of the teams that got fined last year, try to get them to give money

EC Cultural Report:

• For big wig admins who talk about housing
• Submit a description of your hall and the events you do regularly to hopp
• Write stuff by the next HouseComm
• Talk about hall culture and government structure

Fred Desk Sign:

• Fire department upset that the sign outside Monroe is misleading
• Sign will be moved inside for the time being

UA GoCrossCampus:

• Play it

Produce Co-op:

• Buy 10 pounds of vegetables per week for a lot of consecutive weeks
• If halls are interested, they can sign up through DormCon

Food trucks update:

• Stata area food trucks will be moved to the Kendall Square/Medical Area
• Hour may be extended

Constitutional amendment proposal:

• Proposed that ElectComm must report voting results after President/VP elections
• Voting on amendment at next HouseComm
• Exact wording of document to be sent out by juang within a week

House tax discussion:

• hopp proposes a raise in house tax from $65 to $70 or $75
• EC doesn’t make any money off of the vending machines
• Decision should be made before Guide to Residence is sent out (~1 week)
• Voting to happen at next HouseComm

Other:

• CPW Meeting at 8 PM on Sunday in Talbot
• CommComm may build a green house
• Dorm Electricity competition, we should take it seriously, save power (CommComm appointed in charge of making us win)
• Sign up to host a prefrosh for CPW
