Reservation policy

sound system reservations will be mediated by AVComm. In the event of conflicts or simultaneous reservations, EC community events and parties have priority for the primary sound system (2x JBL PRX612s). AVComm will attempt to provide suitable equipment for other events using secondary sound system components. Reservations are only to be made by, and the sound system is only to be taken out by, individuals who have been AVComm trained, and the individual reserving the sound system takes responsibility for it's use, it's timely return, and any damage that may come to it while it is checked out.
