Talbot Reservations are made by emailing ec-soccomm@mit.edu. In your email, state the time and date of your event and the purpose. If you are not reserving Talbot for an event with East Campus residents, please provide additional detail about your purpose. You must inquire at least 24 hours in advance or reservations, and a timely response, cannot be guaranteed.
Talbot Reservation Schedule:
The East Campus courtyard, grills, and volleyball court are reserved from mid August to early September for East Campus Rush. Talbot Lounge is also reserved for FACs (many Fridays at 5 pm or later) and HouseComm / RenComm meetings (every Wednesday at 10 pm). Contact Soccomm for exact dates.
