Update May 7th, 2023: Because of East Campus renovations starting summer 2023, the courtyard and grills are not available for reservation at this time.

EC has 4 permanent grills in the courtyard. They are there for EC residents and events to use. If you want to make sure you have access to them for your event, please email ec-courtyard@mit.edu and give us a time and day. Please inquire at least 24 hours in advance or reservations cannot be guaranteed.

If you are not an EC resident, please check with ec-courtyard before using the grills. East Campus reserves the right to assess a fine to any non-resident group which is disruptive to resident life during their use of the courtyard.
