EC Retreat:

• Thinking about doing an EC retreat, we used to do them back when we had Snaggs
• House Masters budget $2000 for it, looking for money from RLA, etc
• Total cost between $3000 and $5000
• We need an agenda for the meeting (past problems, possible future problems, etc). If you have any ideas of things that should be on the agenda, send them to ec-exec.
• Plan is to bring old exec, new exec, house team, either 1 or 2 people from each hall (one freshman, one upperclassman)
• Plan is January 31st (only possible weekend for Endicott House)

Housing Deadlines:

• Too late to get out of EC, if you want to switch halls, let maggied know by the 6th. Results will be out by the 9th. More information on Bathroom Reader.
• If you're not living in EC next term, you need to be out by Jan 15th at the latest!

ElectComm report:

• Lots of numbers, read the Bathroom Reader and paul_b's email, go read them there

Bad Ideas:

• LEF funding report in, working on Weekends

WebComm:

• Pretty good

CameraComm:

• Has about an hour worth of Thanksgiving video for a promotional Thanksgiving video

UA Senate Report:

• UA Senate fails at minutes, vrajesh will have open meetings in Talbot to communicate with EC people, listen for that later
• Issues being discussed: PE points, RIAA issues, etc

• DormCon meeting tomorrow, 6 pm, Senior House
• Vinayak realizes this is our last HouseComm as exec, stops caring about anything and housecomm breaks down to Vinayak story time
