Attention All Cat Owners!

• Petco is having their vet clinic on March 4th and 18th from 10AM-11AM. Alliance for Animals, in South Boston, also offers a low-cost clinic, which has discount spay/neuter as well as other vet services. Visit http://www/afa/arlington.ma.us for more info

UA Senate Update:

• The senate formed four new ad-hoc committees on Monday. Committees include: Administrative Transparency, Financial Review, Role of the UA in Orientation, and Community/Student Space Planning. The Committee on Student Life has a new alcohol/drug policy sub-committee. Our own Ruth Shewmon is serving on the Administrative Transparency Committee, so contact her at rshewmon or Steve Kelch kelch@mit.edu, Senator for the Fraternities, for more information.
• Rshewmon, is also working on acquiring better low-energy lighting for dorms while Hopp is trying to get proxy card readers installed in E25.

DormCon

• Sarah Hopp was elected as the campus wide REX Chair. Congrats, you're officially hos^H^H^H awesome! If you have any cool ideas for REX, she's going to need them, email hopp.
• Admissions is still looking for CPW hosts. Register by Sunday, March 19th http://web.mit.edu/admissions/mitcpw
• Steer Roast received $5000 from DormCon, party on!

The Women of the Eastside Calendar
